We sell three categories of puppies:
- PET or PET-PERFORMANCE puppies are sold to eligible homes with AKC Limited Registration under a non-breeding contract. They receive the same level of care and attention as all our other puppies, although they may not exhibit the conformation, inclination, or innate abilities of a working/sport/conformation dog. These puppies are intelligent and steady, thriving in active, social environments, but they may not perform optimally under competitive pressures. It is noteworthy that many of our pet puppies have eventually persuaded their owners to partake in competitive events, where both the animals and their owners have derived tremendous enjoyment from the activities.
- NOVICE SHOW/PERFORMANCE puppies are those pups with the health, conformation, temperament, desire, energy and working ability required for them to excel at one or more dog sports: conformation shows, herding, tracking, barn hunt, nosework, rally, obedience, agility, dock diving, and search and rescue, to name a few. These pups are sold in co-ownership with non-breeding contracts to start. If a novice owner proves themselves to have taken the time to learn pedigrees, lines, get their hands on dogs at national/regional shows, proove their dogs qualities, have an over all pleasant relationship with eachother, and we agree that your dog makes the minimal breeding standards, we are willing to talk about signing a breeding contract at a later time. However this is NOT guaranteed. With this type of puppy you may also decide to spay/neuter your puppy anytime after 12 months of age at your own discression and simply compete in dog sports - or nothing at all.
- EXPERIENCED SHOW/PERFORMANCE/BREEDING puppies are those who show the qualities needed to pass on health, conformation, temperament, drive, focus, and bidibility that we demand of our breeding stock. They are sold only to screened, select fellow experienced Breeder/Buyers on co-ownership contracts. Breeder Buyers must agree that all future breeding of the dog will be done under our guidance and guidelines. We hold these Breeder/Buyers to the same standards that we hold ourselves to. These dogs will only be sold to Breeder Buyers who are already experienced, prooven Breeders themselves, who have shown that they have their own reputaions to protect as they have already produced several Champions and/or titled dogs. These dog can NOT be randomly spayed/neutered as they are often the pick of our litter and we often require breeding access back to them for our own program.
